• We supply AGM and EFB batteries with warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years.
• The warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not include flat (discharged) batteries or damage due to misuse.
• Faulty batteries will be replaced within 48 working hours, and collection of the old battery is free of charge.
• Our tech team will diagnose faults over the phone to confirm warranty claims.
3. Orders & Payment
• All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
• We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery
• Standard delivery times apply, with an expedited next-working-day delivery option available.
• Alpine Worldwide Group Ltd offers free next-day delivery on all AGM and EFB batteries.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
